Kirit Kambo:Risk & Resilience Consultant
Strategic. Grounded. Resilient.
I’m Kirit Kambo, an associate Business Continuity Planning Professional (ABCP), former firefighter, and graduate of the Master of Disaster & Emergency Management (MDEM) program at York University. I help organizations prepare, respond to, and recover from crises with clarity and purpose.
My background is rooted in both frontline response and strategic planning. I’ve supported crisis operations, continuity planning, and recovery efforts for public agencies, high-risk properties, and hybrid workplaces. At the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB), I contributed to the redesign of emergency protocols, coordinated after-action reviews, and strengthened business continuity systems across regional sites.
What I Bring:
ABCP-certified expertise in business continuity planning, risk assessment, and operational resilience.
2 years of fire service experience, bringing firsthand crisis response perspective.
Academic leadership through York University MDEM program
A unique ability to bridge tactical response and exective-level planning
From office evacuations and cyber outages to long-term continuity strategy, I help organizations stay calm, coordinated, and ready; before diaster strikes.
